Breakfast Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pound breakfast sausage
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 eggs
Instructions:

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with muffin liners.
Cook Sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until it’s browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease and set aside to cool slightly.
Prepare Batter: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, Bisquick baking mix, shredded cheddar cheese, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
Fill Muffin Cups: Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared muffin cups, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
Bake: Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve: Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve warm and enjoy!
