Ingredients

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried chives
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 large head cauliflower, cut into medium florets
Freshly chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Ranch Dressing

Mix the Dressing Ingredients:
In a medium bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, dried chives, dried dill, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed and set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Cauliflower

Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Cut the Cauliflower:
Cut the large head of cauliflower into medium-sized florets.
Toss the Cauliflower:
In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with the prepared ranch dressing until evenly coated.
Step 3: Roast the Cauliflower

Arrange on Baking Sheet:
