cheese fries made from boiled potatoes

Ingredients:

8 oz fettuccine pasta

Two chicken breasts with no bones and no skin that have been cut into small pieces.
2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

Cook the fettuccine pasta as directed by its pack until it becomes al dente. Then drain pasta and set aside.

Start by heating your olive oil in a big skillet over medium-high temperature. Subsequently add the chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Allow them to cook until they turn golden brown and are cooked through which should be around 5-6 minutes.

Add your minced garlic to the skillet then cook for another minute till fragrant.

Reduce the heat to medium-low. Slowly pour in heavy cream while stirring everything together with chicken and garlic.

The next thing is adding then gradually grating your parmesan cheese into the skillet continuously stirring until it melts down making a smooth creamy sauce.

Taste the sauce then adjust seasoning using pepper or salt according to how you prefer it.

When you’re done cooking pour your prepared fettuccine pasta into this skillet tossing adequately so that every single piece is covered evenly with this Alfredo sauce which is creamy too at this point in time.

Garnish with some fresh parsley chopped finely before serving after removing from heat.

Serve hot! Eat your delicious homemade Chicken Alfredo Pasta!
