Ingredients:
– 2 lbs stew meat
– 1 can cream of mushroom soup
– 1 packet brown gravy mix
– 1 envelope Lipton Beefy Onion soup mix
– 1 can water (use the empty cream of mushroom soup can to measure)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
2. Place the stew meat in a 13×9-inch baking dish.
3. In a bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, brown gravy mix, Beefy Onion soup mix, and 1 can of water. Mix well.
4. Pour the mixture over the stew meat in the baking dish. Mix gently to ensure the meat is coated evenly.
5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 3 hours. Do not peek or uncover during baking.
7. After 3 hours, remove from the oven. The meat will be tender and delicious.
