Grilled pork belly

1. Cut the pork belly into pieces, add onion, ginger, 2 spoons of barbecue seasoning, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, a little salt and sugar, and marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Skewer the meat with a signature.
3. Bake in an air fryer at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, turn over and bake for 10 minutes/same as in the oven
4. Sprinkle with barbecue powder and cumin powder and bake for 5 minutes, then eat
