Ingredients:
– 1 lb (450g) ground beef
– 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 egg
– 1 small onion, finely chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 tbsp olive oil

For the Sauce:
– 1 cup beef broth
– 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
– 1 tbsp ketchup
– 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (slurry)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Hamburger Steaks:
– In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
– Shape the mixture into 4-6 patties.

2. Cook the Hamburger Steaks:
