Ingredients:

– 12 lasagna noodles
– 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
– 2 cups ricotta cheese
– 1 egg
– 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 3 cups Alfredo sauce
– 2 cups chopped spinach (optional)
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. **Preheat Oven**: 375°F (190°C).
2. **Cook Noodles**: Boil and drain lasagna noodles.
3. **Make Filling**: Mix chicken, ricotta, egg, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/2 cup Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, spinach (optional), salt, and pepper.
4. **Assemble**: Spread filling on noodles, roll up, and place in greased 9×13-inch dish.
