Longhorn Steakhouse Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients :

MOZZARELLA cheese, shredded.
PARMESAN cheese, grated.
CHICKEN breasts, boneless.
Bread crumbs, 1 cup.
Flour, all-purpose, 1/2 cup.
Eggs, large, 2.
Milk, 1/4 cup.
Garlic, minced, 2 cloves.
Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon.
Salt, 1/2 teaspoon.
Black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon.
Olive oil, 2 tablespoons.

Instructions :

Start by heating your oven to 375°F (190°C) and applying a layer of olive oil to a baking tray.
Mix together in a shallow bowl bread crumbs, half of the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
In a separate shallow dish, whisk the eggs with milk.
In a third shallow bowl, place the flour.
Coat each chicken breast with flour, removing any surplus.
Dunk each floured chicken piece into the egg mix, then cover with the bread crumb concoction.
In a frying pan, warm olive oil at medium-high heat.
Place chicken in the pan, cooking each side for about 3-4 minutes until they are brown and crispy.
Move the chicken to your oiled baking tray.
Combine the remaining Parmesan cheese with mozzarella cheese and minced garlic.
Sprinkle this cheese blend over each chicken breast.
Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked and the cheese is melted and golden.
