Cheesesteak Tortellini in Rich Provolone Sauce

Ingredients:
1 lb cheese tortellini
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions:
Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook ground beef (or turkey) until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are softened.
Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Gradually add provolone and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce is smooth.
Add cooked tortellini to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes:
Substitute ground beef with ground turkey for a lighter option.
Adjust the amount of cheese to your preference.
