Seafood Bake for Two

Ingredients:
2 (4 ounce) halibut fillets
6 scallops
6 peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp (tails attached)
1/2tsp white vinegar
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon seafood seasoning (like Old Bay)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
Arrange halibut, scallops, and shrimp in a glass baking dish. Drizzle with vinegar , melted butter, and lemon juice. Sprinkle with garlic and seafood seasoning, then season with salt and pepper.
Bake until halibut flakes easily, 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
