Crockpot Mississippi Chicken

Ingredients:
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
– 1 packet Au Jus gravy mix
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter
– 5-6 pepperoncini peppers
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:
1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
2. Sprinkle the Ranch seasoning mix and Au Jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
3. Add the butter on top of the seasonings and place the pepperoncini peppers around the chicken.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
6. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the crockpot using two forks and stir to combine with the buttery sauce.
7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
