Pepperoni Pizza Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:

– 1 lb pasta (penne or rotini)
– 2 cups pizza sauce
– 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 cup ricotta cheese
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 package pepperoni slices (about 6 oz)
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.
3. In a large bowl, mix pasta, pizza sauce, ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
4. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with olive oil. Spread pasta mixture in dish.
5. Top with remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, and pepperoni slices.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Cool for a few minutes, serve, and enjoy!
