Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Creamy Shells Pasta

Perfectly seared steak cubes sprinkled with parmesan, paired with ultra-creamy garlic cheese shell pasta!
Ingredients:
For the Steak Bites:
• 1.5 lbs sirloin steak (cut into cubes)
• 3 tbsp butter
• 4 garlic cloves (minced)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & pepper
• 1 tsp parsley (chopped)
• Grated parmesan (for garnish)
For the Creamy Shells:
• 2 cups medium shell pasta
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp flour
• 2 cups milk
• 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella & white cheddar
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• Salt & black pepper
• Parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta:
• Boil shell pasta until al dente, drain and set aside.
• In a pan, melt butter, whisk in flour, slowly add milk until thickened.
• Add cheeses, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in cooked pasta and garnish with parsley.
2. Sear the Steak:
• Season steak cubes with salt & pepper.
• Heat olive oil in a skillet, sear steak on high heat 2–3 mins until browned.
• Add butter and garlic, cook 1 more minute while basting.
• Sprinkle with chopped parsley and parmesan.
3. Serve Together:
• Plate the creamy shells beside the juicy steak bites. Drizzle garlic butter from pan for extra flavor!
